While trying to change my pads i noticed my rotors seem loose, also i cant get the brakes to stop grinding, squealing after reassembly.

Shane, rotors may seem loose until wheel is on car and torqued to specification, I recommend you take car in for your brakes to be inspected, estimate and repaired at a good shop. Arrange your appointment time so you can be there and watch how it is done and learn from it. Check the attached links, instruction and guides, Good luck

Why is my 2003 Chevy Trailblazer brake pedal not releasing?

See if the return spring on the brake pedal is connected or may be stretched. This is a pretty good sized spring that is attached to the pedal arm and connects to the body up under the dash.

Brake pedal drops very low on first press only

It is most likely you have air in the brake fluid. The first press of the pedal compresses the air and the effect lasts for a little while.
Another cause may be warped (bent) rotors, the pads can be pushed back into the calipers by the off center area of the rotor. This means that the pads have to travel further in order to contact the rotors when you press the pedal.

My 1994 Cadillac deville. Has been sitting for 5 years. I have got it running properly as far as the motor is concerned. But my brakes go all the way to the floor. The car stops, but not good. Sometime...

The first thing I would try is changing brake fluid, as brake fluid is hydroscopic (absorbs water) even with system sealed moisture in the air is getting into the reservoir. Some vehicles have a specific bleed procedure and as I am not familiar with this car, it will be a good idea to find this out. If that doesn't fix it then start looking at the booster system, this can be done by pushing the brake pedal down, start the car, once it is running the pedal should go down a little bit farther without any extra effort. If those 2 are ok then it is time to start looking at the calipers and/or wheel cylinders. Hope this helps

1993 buick lesabre changed the front rotars and pads and now the cars brake pedal is so hard to push down to get car to stop. Mechanic has checked both the front and back brakes and they are fine. T

I would jack up a front wheel and see if pushing on the pedal with the engine running will stop the wheel from turning.
You need to know if the pressure is reaching the wheels, or if the pads and rotors are too slick to stop the car.
Usually if the pedal is hard, the booster is not working or the brakes are glazed.
Can you stop the car with the parking brake ? That only uses the rear brakes.
You may need a second opinion from a different shop.

Vibration in brakes when stoping, had rotor turned and then replace problem comes back in just a few miles less than 100 .If you brake hard it seems to help for a stop or two.

One of the calipers may need to be changed. t may not be releasing completely and causing the brakes to ride on the rotors continent which would eventually rub grooves in the rotors. Also the tire may need to be speed balanced. When the fixed the brakes it may have taken care of some type of vibration but the tire could be the real culprit.

My hondaaccord shake when brakes .i just bought it. the guy told me he change brakepads

He changed the brakepads with worn rotors. You need to get your rotors turned. The old brakepads had worn down in a specific shape with how the rotors have worn down. If the rotors were worn down enough because of failure to change the pads in time, then new pads will skip along the surface of the rotor from which they clamp down on, causing the shaking you feel when braking. Go get it done at a shop, it shouldn't be much...somewhere in the range of $20 per rotor depending on the shop you go to.

bleed your brakes. new pads always take time to break in. Everytime I change a set they are never as good as the ones I replaced until after a little break in period. Do you have a high pedal or low pedal?
