Driver side window motor may be burnt out. Also the switch may have gone bad. You can try hooking up to a switch for other window and rule out switch if the other one works.

Did the lights light up before with remote? Some models don't at all. A wire may have fallen off but you will have to manually trace all wires from alarm to be sure.

There is a control module in each door with connectors. I have already had one where the wiring in the connector was bad. This takes some troubleshooting, but sometimes moving things around while trying to run the windows will should you where the loose connection is.
