Turn signals don't work but the fuse is ok.

    the honda accord that the turn signals don't work does have a tilt steering wheel.

There is a flasher unit in the fuse box. You just pull it out and buy a new one at a parts store. Take the old one with you make sure they are the same.

    The interior fuse box is where you will find the flasher relay. It is under left side of instrument panel behind a plastic cover. When you are sitting in the drivers seat move your left foot to the left and it will touch the cover. That Accord has many fuse boxes.

Turn signal, tachometer, fuel and temp guage stopped working

you should pull out the gauge cluster and check the connector on the back side of the cluster.. i bet that is the issue

chek the fuses there is usly a fuse box by your left feet if your sitting in the driver site
