I did all the work ,its simple enough you know 4 screws and 4 bolts .Should i pay the dealer $270.00 to do it ?

The tensioner is new from Ford and that is before the pump and i put a new pulley ,Ill check the other pulley now but the crankshaft is after the pump. It has two pulleys other than the ones that are the alternator ,power steering, a/c,water pump.It blows my mind i never seen nothing like this before, its my first Ford car,I always drove a Chevy, I feel like trading it in but I love the Car.

It's a bad bearing in the water pump and since the its a OEM part and installed by the dealer it will be under warranty, you should take it back to the dealer where the work was done.

Well you didn't state that you've replaced it 5 times,

,if any of the other pulleys on the motor(I'm assuming it uses a serpentine belt)are out of alignment it will put undo pressure on the water pump shaft and cause bearing failure.Did you replace them or the dealer?

You need to check the pulleys before and after the water pump pulley for any play in the bearing or poor alignment,if either one of these pulleys/or the units they are attached are not in alignment with the water pump pulley it will put pressure on a small portion of the bearing race in the water pump and cause it to quickly fail.I do industrial maitenance and have seen this problem occurmany many times and it always comes down to pulley alignment.

Could a freezeplug blow out?

freeze plugs ( welsh plugs ) rust out and will leak water under pressure . they are replaceable with some difficulty-- working space required
water pumps will leak out a small hole under the housing behind the pulley to stop the leaking pump seal from putting water into the bearing-- replace is the only real fix as reconditioning is almost as expensive as a new pump
to find the leak have a pressure test done on the cooling system as it reveal where the leak is
if you have plastic radiator tanks then they are known to crack or even come loose of the cores
a pressure test will reveal all this

That is referred to as a freeze plug. They are placed in engine blacks and heads to prevent cracking should the coolant freeze in the block. The expanding water would push them out. They will rust out over time. They can be removed and replaced. They are just a press-in metal disk.

If you have a wet seat then it is likely defective weather stripping around the window.

Try this. If the floor is dry, then it rains and the floor remains dry, only gets wet after a drive in the rain or on wet streets, you may have a hole somewhere.

Check for holes from missing rubber grommets or holes in the floorboard or firewall from rust. Check for any rust holes or missing rubber grommets under the car or on the firewall, anywhere water can splash up into the vehicle from driving in rain or running through puddles..

Check wet spots along the carpeting all the way up under the dash, if the wet spot is higher than the floor itself, you could be getting the water from splashing through puddles.

Any holes under the car or in the fenderwell even up on the firewall can cause this problem.

First check for any obvious signs of rust, if none are found then look for missing or defective rubber grommets.

A leak under the water pump? Just put new water pump in and did not fix the problem.

When you replace the water pump you have to loosen the bolts that also go though the timing chain cover. This have to be removed and the gasket behind it replaced as well as two water pump gaskets. Check all your clamps (best to use new ones) first, but you may be having gasket problems between the pump, pump backing plate, timing chain cover and engine block.

Not necessarily.Your spark plugs are located in the top of the motor so the exhaust heat from the leak could not effect them..So no the leak will not cause miss.Something you can check is by looking in the plug wire holes down at the spark plugs and see if theres any moisture in the holes an oil leak in the holes. This is usually the number one thing that makes these cars miss other than just needs a tune up.It is the 5.4L or 4.6L right. If not an it is a 302 or 5.0L it is very possible that the header gasket is the problem. And remember if you fix the gasket you'll need to replace the plug wire that the leaky header gasket was blowing on....
