I have a 1995 Cadillac Deville. The car runs great. When Its cold. As soon as it gets hot, if you turn it off it won't start. And when it does start is has no power and spits and sputters to the point where you have to lay on the gas to keep it running. My husband and I have done everything imaginable to this car and it will run great for a day or two then we are right back to square one. Do you have any idea what the problem could be? Please help/
If all the bulbs light up but don't blink, you need to replace the turn signal flasher unit. A replacement unit should be available at your local parts store, and they should be able to look up a location for you. These flashers are typically hidden under the dash in various places on different types of vehicles.
The security system (VATS/PassKey) is faulty. You can find a great write-up here: http://newrockies.ca , it was the only thing that saved my Park Avenue.

Try removing the fuse for the security system and see if this will allow you to start the car. If not, you have another problem and will need to take it to a mechanic.
