This usually means you have a burned out bulb. Or, it could be a bad flasher (if it has one). Have you checked all the signal bulbs?

Sounds like the turn signal relay is weak. Change out the turn signal relay and make sure all your lights are good.

Turnsignals normal with headlights off.But , blink real fast when headlights on

Check you running light bulb.. some of those have two elements in them and one side could be blow inside the single bulb. The blinking is how the car tells you that you have a bad bulb, or maybe a short. Mostly likely it just a bulb.

Turn signal will not go and off flashes real fast

That indicates a non functional bulb. Replacing the bulb not flashing is the first approach I'd take. A turn signal flashes twice its speed indicates a bad bulb.

Turn signal

A slow flash indicates that one of the signal bulbs has burned out. You need to check the turn signal bulbs as well as the marker lamp bulbs. The marker lamps on the the side of the vehicle.

How to replace a turn siginal flasher? my turn were flashing real slow, now they are not flashing at all.

Look under the dash, drivers side. You should see a fuse panel, usually with a cover but not always.Remove cover and look on the inside for t/s ( turn signal ). If no cove5r look for 2 square or rectangular boxes on in that panel. Now turn on your 4 ways ( emergency ) flashers and remove 1 of those boxes. If the 4 ways keep going then you just removed the turn signal flasher which yo0u need to replace. If the 4 ways stopped, plug that one back in and remove the other one and replace. If you tow a trailer with that vehicle you'll want to buy a heavy duty flasher as opposed to a regular one.
Hope this helps!!

Need location of the flasher for my turn signals the left one flashing slow.

what year?

Older GM cars will flash slow if a bulb is out. Since the flasher controls both turn signals and the other one is flashing normally it is not the flasher that is causing the problem.

Turn signal lights stop working. Neither the right or left turn signal work. Heard a noise before it stop working. The flashing started slowing down and stop blinking. Now it doesn't work at all. What

most likely its the turn signal relay. which is under the hood. in the fuse box. also make sure ur running lights are working if they are connected to the turn signal.
