My dashboard lights keep dimming intermently on my MX5 02 could this be a battery fault ?

its unlikely to be the battery but you can check yourself by getting a 12v test meter and watching the reading(13-14v is OK) when the lights dim. Does it have a dash dimmer control? if so look there.

The best way to replace the headlght bulb

In my opinion, the BEST way is to get somebody else to do it for free!...LOL

However, that is not very likely to happen in this millenium, so I have provided the pictures below.

Also please note that there is a Mazda 6i and a Mazda 6s But there is no Mazda MX6 in 2005. There is, however, a Mazda assuming this is what you meant, the pictures are for the MX5.

If you meant Masda 6i or Mazda 6s, these pictures are not even close because the 6-series requires removal of the front bumper to remove the head lights.

MX5 (2006) replacing wing mirror

at the top of the door pull handle there is a cover over a set screw. do not pull on the door to hard or you will break it and then your door panel is no good. you must remove the little cover at the top, just gently pry it of with a screw driver and remove the screw underneath.

How to remove door card on MX5 (2002)

Get a trim removal tool to use in pulling the door panel off. You will have to remove the screws under the arm rest as you find them. I would start at the bottom of the door and work up. You may want to assume that the work will progress better if the window is down before you begin. Mind the door handle as you remove things as the biggest complaint I've seen is that it fails to work right on the first try after getting things put back. Keep a magnet that has a telescoping arm handy to pick up things that fall to the bottom of the door. To remove window crank handles if you have them, put the trim tool behind the handle and engage the wire clip to remove it.

MX5 Front Wheel Bearing

Easy fix. Remove the wheel, remove caliper and caliper bracket. Remove brake disc. Pry off hub dust cap. This can be difficult and sometimes the cap cannot be reused. They are inexpensive, however. The hubs are not rebuildable and must be replaced. Undo the large hub nut, remove old unit, replace, reinstall nut, crimp the detent at slot in spindle. (use a punch) Nut torque is #125 ft. pounds to 160. Reinstall cap, caliper bracket, etc.
