SOURCE: vibration in my truck at high speeds

I would start with the cheaper problem first, if you live in snow or mud county pull the tires look for mud, ice, then have your tires re-balanced. Not that try wheel aliment

Vibration at 80-100k in a 4x4 Ford 350 diesel superduty

Sounds like you need to get your tyres balanced. If the vibration is when you don't touch the brakes only between the 80-100.
If its when you touch the brake pedal and the vibration occures, your disc brakes are warped, either machining or replacement.

Body vibrations from 60Km/hr to 120 Km/Hr

Are the tires balanced? Did they use stick on weights, if so? If this holds true, see if there is a mark on the wheel, where a weight has flown off.

How about the front end alignment, and condition of the tires. Sometimes a belt slips in the tire. This is hard to see, but can be found by sliding your hand around the tire, and you will feel a bulge to one side. (Use caution, as there's no telling what may be stuck in your tire/s, and you can damage your hand or fingers. I realize how that sounds. One has to use finesse, when checking one's tires, with this method)
