Question about Mazda Cars & Trucks
The two day that the engine fault light is trembling, cold start idling, also very easy to fire, don't know how it happened,
Engine fault light, for the oxygen sensor failure, (the reason is low grade gasoline, octane number cannot be reached a certain quantity of heat, so that the oxygen sensor is unable to transfer to the main computer signal. No signal indicates the fault, computer memory feedback to the fault lamp). The petrol for 97# try. Can also use car diagnostic tool to diagnose department to clear the fault with the decoder. Recommended repair repair.

I had the same issue on my 99 Trooper.
It would usually start when completely cold, but idle around 2k RPM.
It would drive fine. But if I shut it down, ran into a store, and came back out, it would start but immediately idle.
Had to ride the gas a little to get it into gear.
The Check Engine light has been going on and off for 6 months or so.
I took this to my local trusted repair shop (no Isuzu dealers within 200 miles).
The diagnosed the light, and found that the Intake Gaskets were bad or leaking.
The idling problem was related to the car not being able to control the amount of air coming in.
They replaced the Intake gaskets by the next day, and I haven't had a problem since. And no more check engine light, which has been on half a year.
Here's some details from my bill:
(1) Intake Gasket set $107.95
Misc materials $21.00
2.1 hours of Labor
The total cost to me was $345.00, and I definately don't feel gipped.

Polo Coupe 1043,1992, Will not start, can be bumped started, sometimes!!, theres a strange clicking noise from under the air box, when the ignition is on and sometimes the oil pressure light comes on when the car gets upto temperature, then I lose all power and then the engine cuts out. I've recently changed the dizzy cap, rotor arm and battery, all the leads are new ish along with the spark plugs. The previous owner has changed the head and done all that, leaving much of the engine loom unlagged and bare. Could this cause a problem on some of the electrical systems?
