Fan speed 3 on my silverado pickup with air not working .all other speeds work .Whats wrong?

The switch is going, and more than likely the fan motor is on its last leg. You may as well get em both while your at it. The switch is the hardest as you have to know how to pull the dash apart, start at top and work your way around. The blower motor is a piece of cake by comparison. Just remove the 5 9mm screws holding it in place pull . Remove the positive and ground plug replace in reverse order. The blower is at the passeger floorboard.

Can the oven be used DRY or do you need to have water in it always? If so how do you cook a cake?

When you bake a cake the water is in the batter. The baking powder gives it a fizz, and the egg helps hold it in place once it rises.
