Let a garage have a look at this, it may be more than just low transmission fluid.

My 2007 Town and Country touring 3.8L is making a noise and gets louder when put into gear at a idle but cannot hear while I'm driving just stopped and idling?

if the noise started after the belt replacement, check the belt tensioner. They are notorious for seizing at the pivot, especially after belt replacement. Hope this helps.

A loud noise when I turn on the AC and shift it to D or R.

What kind of noise? If it's like a squeal it is a lose belt. If it's more like a clunk it's the transmission shifting and you just happen to notice it more because of the higher RPM the motor is at with the AC on. Try getting the vehicle moving with out the AC on then turning it on after you are moving to see if you get the same sound. If it's a squeal you have a loose belt that needs replacement or tightening.

2007 grand caravan humming whining noise after a stretch on the highway

That would be a Transmission wine when accelerating. Theres a TSB # 2100504 Tech Service Bullitin writen by Chrysler on this problem. First check trans fluid. Many 41te trans have this problem. Theres really not much that you can do, to solve this. Trans has small problem in plates rubbing

Won't stay in gear

Sounds like a bad pump or converter. You need to check line pressure.

A chattering noise appears when I put the transmission in gear

Hi,
Sounds like a worn/bad/damage transmisison or engine mount. These hold the engine and trans in place and usually have a rubber part that can wear out.

Either a trans shop or regular mechanic will need to diagnose.

I don't know the cost.

Transmission seems to come out of gear when breaking/stopped

It sounds like your transmission is overheating, you may want to check fluid, and get the tranny flushed, and get the trans filter changed. Hope it works out.
