SOURCE: Where is the camshaft position sensor located on a 95.5 tacoma 2RZ-FE engine?

OBD1 -1983 thru 1995

OBD2 - 1996 thru 2013

Your Code Reader should not work without
OBD1 software

So I guess it is really a 1996 obd2 system

Lets educate

NO CODES--tell you what is wrong
NO CODES--tell you what to replace

Codes are used to diagnose the system & there are many,
with the fault or malfunction that does not meet federal
emission standards

You check for codes in a day or so of any problem
You then use the code to direct you to a system
The code is then used along with factory service &
diagnostic manuals to find out how to component test

Your up to the point of needing reference material
& system knowledge,& test equipment

Any Sensors job is to report back to the ecm/pcm
(computer module) usually powertrain module,
that something is out of range, as to how it was
designed & programmed on the assy line

So could the sensor be bad, maybe

Could what is looks at be bad, maybe

You need to go to You Tube & put in your
veh & engine & see what that is

You have VVT variable cam sprocket actuators
that may be worn if the former owner failed to
change the oil or used the wrong oil

So there can be other issues related to that code
& other thing that need work

Spark Plugs
Gas Filter
Check Fuel Pressure
New front O2 Sensors
Air Filter
and on & on

Why unless your the original owner
none of that was ever done

Basic Preventative Maintenance first
Diagnose Code related second

What is hp of caburetor type 2rz?

the hp or horse power is denoted by the engine size, design , etc not the carburetor , this supplies the fuel so it is crucial to getting the best performance and power but does not have a horse power of it own , only a engine, of any tpye, is measured by horse power

LOCATION ON ENGINE NUMBER OF KIA SPORTAGE 2005 MODEL

Find the engine identification tag. Attached at the factory, this tag is normally found on the engine block around the coil bolts. The top line of the tag identifies engine size and model year.

Search the block for the engine block casting number. The numbers are raised, not stamped into the block and consist of seven numeric digits. The digits can be located on either side of the block. The seven-digit number may be followed with a dash and further numbers. These are change codes and are not normally necessary to identify the engine.

EX.:

Locate the casting date is located on the block. It is in standard date coding, 2.25.93, for example and may be located on either side of the block, but is commonly located on the driver's side of the block, above the freeze plugs. The example 2.25.93 decodes as February 25, 1993. The casting date may be near the casting clock, which designates the hour the block was cast. Magnum engines were manufactured from 1993 to 2002, so verifying the date code helps identify the engine.

When I replace the spark plug wires on my 2000 4runner how do make sure that the wires are in the correct order

Okay, on the photos I am posting, pick the size of motor that you have....since you didn't post it. When you find the right photo of your motor, the numbers on the engine correspond to the number of the spark plug that goes to the coil...1 to 1, 2 to 2 and so on. This is your firing order and will ensure you have the proper spark plug firing from the correct point:

1FZ-FE engine Firing order: 1–5–3–6–2–4Distributor rotation: counterclockwise

5VZ-FE engine Firing order: 1–2–3–4–5–6Distributorless ignition system
