Question about 2001 GMC Jimmy
I have a 2001 GMC Jimmy with the famous 'service engine soon' light on and a computer check has been done and it keeps saying the #3 cylinder is misfiring. The cylinder was checked and there is nothing wrong with it. My mechanic says it is a bad code in the cpu. The cpu was sent out and reset and it still comes up. Is this possible and should I just replace the cpu? It has happened quite a few times over and over.
If it was me i would give these guys a call and talk to them they sells only GM-parts its Schram auto & truck parts 1800-292-1032 and they website is www.schramauto.com and maybe they can help you narrow it down good luck Michigan Man.
