Hi, the relays are integrated into the ETACS, which is plugged into the fuse box at D212 as shown circled in the picture below. If replacing the ETACS does not solve the problem, please get back to me.

Where is the turn signal relay on a 2000 Mitsubishi eclipse?

It is behind the radio. So you will need to take out your center console and radio to get to it. It should be a little black box. If your turn signal still make a clicking sound, you can put your ear near it and hear the clicking sound.

Left and right turn signals do not work. Hazard flashers work, turn signal fuse intact. where could the problem be?

Check the indicator switch, that seems to be all that is left in the system, except the flasher relay, depending on whether the vehicle uses the same one for the hazards or not.

Headlights, highbeams and turn signals all stay on with ignition turned off. Have to disconnect battery to turn off. Mitsubishi Eclipse 2000

Most of these items are run by relays. For all relays to fail seems very unlikely. I would be looking for a short in the wiring. Was this car ever in a flood or something? The other thing I think is in common with these circuits is the controls around the steering wheel. Maybe something is broken in the control. Do these things stay on when the car is on? If not then it is REALLY weird! Sorry your problem is not the easiest to diagnose. Good luck!

I have a 2000 Mitsubishi Diamante and my horn gets works when we jump it, but it does not seem to be working from the steering wheel....Do you think it could be anything other than the relay being replaced

The relay is probally going to be the main issue, with the assumption you have checked the fuze. Another issue may be the horn pad in the steering wheel, or related wires. Check to see if you are getting a ground signal to the horn relay. (From the horn pad) this is what activates the relay that should have B+ all the time.

Hope this helps
