SOURCE: my key is stuck in ignition switch and wont turn

Make sure that your gear shifter is in park, also try turning the steering wheel back and forth while turning the key. Sometimes it gets in a bind and makes it hard to remove the key

SOURCE: car brake lights won t turn off when car is shut down 1996 Honda Odyssey

It should be your brake light switch. There is a little plate welded to the arm of the pedal that has a hole with a rubber stopper. The rubber stopper is most likely missing, or damaged. You should be able to take a flashlight and see the plate and the switch. If the hole is plugged up, you will need the brake light switch, if not, replace the plug.

SOURCE: how to replace blower motor

Removal & Installation

The front blower motor is located in the front passenger's right side foot well area.

  1. If additional access is needed, remove the front passenger's right side lower kick panel.
  2. Detach the electrical connectors from the blower motor.
  3. Remove the fasteners on the blower motor mounting flange.
  4. Remove the blower motor downward from the blower unit.
  5. Installation is the reverse of the removal procedure.

SOURCE: 2002 Honda Odyssey A/C Heater Blower making noise

I would take it back to that same mechanic to see if he didn't fully tighten the connector or maybe there is some other problem that he didn't notice or maybe even caused. It is likely that the blower motor connector is just loose.

A/C doesn't work, heater isn't working either

check to see if you have voltage to the blower motor, if you do, then replace the blower motor. If no voltage, check fuses, relay and the blower motor switch, or blower motor resistor

Heater blower will not shut off even when car is shut off

replace the blower motor module located under the dash on the passenger side near the blower motor. The module has a constant power supply to the high side relay. if the relay sticks the blower stays on all the time. Replacing the module is the usual fix.

2003 525I BMW and my battery went dead so I jumped it now my heater fan wont turn off even with my engine off and keys out

sounds like youve welded a relay shut with jumpstarting it with the heater on... check your relays - pull them out one at a time till the fan stops, you have found the relay for your heater= you can give it a knock on the ground and plug it back in to see if it frees the switch inside otherwise replace it - very cheap - stocked at bmw and good auto shops

The heater fan on my 2006 Honda Odyssey has failed. The relay and fuses are all OK. I assume the fan is good since the vehicle is a 2006. Please help

the blower power transistor may be bad. (its near the blower motor 4 wires), I would start there. if you connect the blue/black wire to the black, it should run full speed, if it does, replace the transistor.

97 grand cherokee orvis edition heater blower runs all the time even with key out have to unplug it ???????

Look for the blower motor control relay- it is likely stuck 'on'.
Remove it until a new replacement relay can be fitted.
