The radiator fan relay does not look like a relay at all. on this car is a solid state relay meaning there are no moving parts. it is a black plastic box with small metal rods sticking out of it in a grid (for cooling). it is located on the metal bumper (not the one you see from front of vehicle, the one behind it) you can get to it by removing the grill or just taking out the top screws and pulling it back.

Why does my 2005 Town & Country radiator fan

The fan is computer controlled and will not come on untill it reaches 212Deg . It should come on though if you turn on the air conditioning, if not you could have a bad fan relay or relay plug.
