Question about Mazda Cars & Trucks
Hi there I have a mazda familia which is alot like the mazda 323. It had a z5 engine in but I built a new engine which is a b5. the engine works but the problem is with the electronics. The engine was a fuel injection but is now a carburetor engine. I need help with a wiring diagram and need to know if I need a new control module and how to change the wiring from fuel injection to carburetor please Kind regards Jacques Tredou

it seems that the gear bushings have worn out. you need to take your car to a mechanic to have the bushings changed. Also, please check it your car has enough Automatic Transmission Fluid.

IF the theft lite is NOT flashing. Unplug and plug the crank sensor a few times and see if it starts. Replace the sensor and clean the terminals of the connector. If the theft lite IS flashing check the plug below the steering column for broken wires to the PATS antenna. Tilt wheels on some fords/lincolns stretch that wire and breaks at plug.

Use a scanner to confirm whether you might have a fault on the automatic gearbox,or the gear box ecu is not working or the gear box is un serviceable and needs replacement.
