Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.

What would make my 2003 Chevy S10 pick up not start after only changing the left rear bulb for the blinker ?

Yes but does the turn signal work now? I imagine they are separate problems and you are unlucky, unless the battery is weak or you are out of gas. 25321215-zwfykd1k4rtzjgfuoehmn00z-4-0.jpg

How to fix the front end or kingpens of a 1998 S10 Chevrolet pick up

Your S10 pickup does not have Kingpins.
The front suspension is equiped with ball joints that are replaced as a complete assembly. The replacement procedure varies based on having a wheel or 4 wheel drive vehicle.
