87 porsche 924s. Cor overheating at idle. Coolant and oil look normal. No smoke. No heat coming out of vents. Replaced thermostat. Still overheats. Seems to have flow but not sure. It seems the heater core...

run the car with the radiator cap off or the expansion tank cap off, which is part of coolant system and is pressurized, not to be confused with an overflow bottle which is not pressurized, and the heater on high. drain some coolant to allow for expansion. look/listen for bubbles. air from the vents should get hot. give it about 20 minutes

Overheating dodge stratus

Do a Compression Test on the Engine and see if you have a Blown Head Gasket. Chances are that is what is causing the Overflow... Exhaust Pressure is getting into the Cooling system

PORSCHE 944S2After a 12Km drive I pulled up, got out of car2-3 mins later a young woman called out, there is water pouring out from under your car, checked all the obvious things, nothing, refilled Radiator...

you didnt mention anything about overheating. whenever a thermostat sticks closed the vehicle will overheat.if temp was not riseing that is not your problem. if air conditioning was running during your drive condensation will drip under vehicle.

Hi im parsons my 85 camaro im havein some problems wit my carborator. i start my car up and it idles fine till i rev my engine then it climbs to redline . i have no sweet clue what happen wit the car .but...

The FRONT flap ,the little one. That's the choke and hi idle ,as soon as the car warms up it should be open. The control for that is on the Pass. side of the carb ,Electric heated coil,if it's bad it won't heat the choke up. Might get lucky and it will have 3 little screws you can loosen and back off the speing pressure but the factory riveted them on.

2006 ford f-250 diesel with no heat

it takes quite a while for a diesel to warm up by just idling in order to produce any have to put them under a load (drive it), before you will get any noticeable heat.if you have a block heater, plug it in 4-5 hours before you plan on driving it and that will definitely help produce interior heat quicker.
