Question about 2005 Jeep Liberty
the PCM sees the heater is dead, (not drawing current)
so is bad,or wire to it cut.
PCM cant tell which, only you or a tech, can.
S1B1 means left front sensor.
this failure is common after 100k miles, and is simple.
the heater is blown open or wire cut. 1 or the other.

SOURCE: location of the o2 sensor
Just follow the exhaust pipe from the engine and the first one is located just below the exhaust manifold,The second is just in front of the catalytic converter.
