Location of freeze plugs on 92 toyota 4-runner sr5 3.o

They will be on the lower block under the manifolds a few inches, they will be about 1.25 inches in Diameter and recessed into the block, If you have a block heater in your truck just follow the cord back, when they install a block heater they remove a frost plug and install the heater in the hole in the block.

Is it possible to take of a toyota 3l engine head an put a toyota l engine head in the place

probably not as there are head stud patterns to consider and water jacket holes that have to be aligned. Best place to ask is an engine re-conditioner shop where they have various heads that they can show you a comparison with Another point to consider is the cam drive type for the later head. Early motor cam in block and later cam in head

Location of plug in for block heater

Hello! If your Sienna was sold through a Toyota Canada Dealer, it will have the block heater already installed... You may have to hunt around inside to find the cord and pull it through the grill... All Canadian models have them... The coolant does not need to be drained to install the block heater in an 2007 + sienna. It uses a heater that slides into the block with a locking tab. Location is on the back side of the block itself by #5 cylinder... Easy to get to from under the van...The heater in size is about 4" long and about 1" wide...#5 cylinder is closes to the transmission on the back side (firewall side)...See photo below of a Toyota Block Heater; Part # (00113-00902) Cost $60

I would like to install an air conditioning unit in a 1982 FJ40 Toyota SWB L/C. It has a Chevy motor, otherwise all original including air blower. Any ideas ?

There are several options. I like the one that replaces the old heater also, it looks good and gives more BTU for the A/C. But their are some that fit in next to the original heater. Vintage air I think is probably the best unit. Try these places
