You must have disturbed a fuse or relay nearby, easy enough to do. Reset the fuel pump relay, that is , pull it out and put it back in.

SOURCE: fuse box diagram for a 2007 jetta

Go into Pep Boys, Autozone or one of those types of stores. Autozone has a program called AllData that is the same that mechanics use. Those stores should be able to look it up and print off a diagram of the fuse box.

You likely don't need a new motor. You just have to get your wipers repacked with grease.

SOURCE: 2007 Jetta 12V Outlet Issue - Which Fuse?

My 12V outlet went out and of course looking at my manual it was not giving the right location. After trying the different empty slots I discovered that the 12 V outlet fuse for my 2007 VW Jetta Wolfsburg was 6 rows down and 3 slots over. I hoped this helps someone else from the headaches of searching for it

Fuse Diagram VW Jetta 2007

I'd get a fuse , same amp as what's in the wiper slot and put it in one of the empty slots at a time & try it. When it runs, you found the right spot, right, or is it not that simple?
