Question about 2001 Toyota Sequoia
I have a 2001 Toyota Sequoia 4x4 and my battery was replaced just before Christmas. Now the rear lift door window will not go down. Is there a reset sequence for the electrical system following battery replacement, and if so, can anyone tell me what it is? I have removed all 56 fuses in all three panels and visually checked them. Also, I can only find fuses marked for the left and right rear power windows, no other windows. Neither the dash switch, remote control, or key will work. Thanks, patoz

SOURCE: 2000 toyota camry rear window
This isn't so much of a solution as it is an understanding. My rear passenger window just started doing the exact same thing a few weeks ago. I finally had to get black duct tape that matches the color of my car to keep it up. Sorry I couldn't help you more, but would love to find a solution myself.

using small hook tools and tack pullers shaped like mini wonder bars, you can remove the door panel. once removed, you can fish around on the bottom middle of the door and pull the cable to unlatch the door.
