You have a weak battery. this is a very easy fix. if you replace the battery and you still have the problem, it would be the alternator not charging the battery when it is on.

2005 Mercedes Benz CLK 320.

Mercedes have very complex electronics and computers. It sounds like a BCM Issue. The only way to fix is to get an auto electrician to use a professional grade $5k scan tool computer and check BCM Function.

Radio shut off while driving. All lights on radio display not showing up. Also, when using the turn signals, I don't hear them anymore, and when key in ignition, the chime doesn't sound.

Make sure battery and charging system are working properly. If charging system is not effectively charging the battery and the battery runs low on charge, the vehicle will start shutting down different electrical units/modules in order to keep the vehicle running

05 nissan almera 1.5 control panel not working

Sounds like on your first attempt to jump start the car the positive and negative cables were reversed blowing your main fuse. Your interior lights are usually controlled by a switch next to your speedometer or the dashboard. If the switch does not bring the lights/gauges back then it is possible that something else shorted and the vehicle would need to be taken in for service.

Engine starts for 3 seconds and then shuts down, radio, locks, trunk release, interior lights do not work, clock/radio display shows time but nothing from radio

Hi,
This could be a tricky one - so just go through the options methodically untill you effect a repair.

If it has an immobiliser fitted - try using another key. Sometims the chip in the key fails.

If you did anything prior to this problem - jetwashing, using a mobile phone near the steering column, serious work etc - try these areas first.

Check alternator function.
Check fuses.
Check fuel level.
Look for leaks.
Check belts condition.

It is behaving like a major electrical fault. Check the BIG fuses in the engine bay fusebox. After this - check that the ignition switch is supplying a switched live feed when in the "on" position.
It could be a faulty switch contact. Possible if you have uprated lights somewhere.

Wrench light is on and odometer shows negative mileage

The negative number means the car should have had it's oil changed that many miles ago. Oil life starts at 100% for new oil & counts down every 10%. At 15% the display will always show, which means it's near time to change the oil.

usersteve83, your oil may have been changed but the timer not reset. Reset the timer as shown...
1. Turn ignition to the "ON" position. (do not start engine)
2. Press SEL/RESET repeatedly until the oil life indicator is displayed.
3. Press & hold the SEL/RESET for about 10 seconds until it blinks then let go of the button.
4. Press the SEL/RESET again for about 5 seconds or until the oil life indicator resets to 100%.

Wrench = Maintenance Minder: Symbol letter & number...
Symbol A - Relace engine oil.
Symbol B - Replace engine oil & filter, Inspect front & rear brakes, Check parking brake adjustment, Visually inpest the tie rods, suspension components, driveshaft boots, brake hoses & line (including ABS), all fluid levels & their conditions, exhaust system, fuel lines & connections.

Symbol 2 - Replace air cleaner element (dusty conditions every 15K miles) & replace dust & pollen filter (behind glovebox) every 15K miles if mainly dusty or city driving.
