Hello There
I'd suggest looking at the fuse to start with, This is the cause in most cases.

You should check out your fuses and make sure its not blown for your heater motor
than check and wiggle your relays
if non of these work than your motor died...

replace yor blower fan resistor on your r/s of the heater box this a common defect on bmws
