SOURCE: 1999 toyota corolla Horn doesn't work.

Usually the wire from the steering wheel is Green w/Red and the wire to the horn from the fuse box is White. There is only one fuse, sometimes shared with the emergency lights. Check to see if there is power to the horn itself with a volt meter.

SOURCE: horn stopped working, fuse and relay is good

With test light check voltage at horn assembly on both wire's, could only have one, horn assembly itself could be ground, have some one press horn button while checking, if there is voltage replace horn assembly, if no voltage horn pad at streeing wheel bad. that's being fuse and replay are good.

Need to locate the fuse for the horn

Take an electric meter and test the horn relay.
This part is found under the hood, inside the black plastic fuse/circuit breaker box.
God bless your efforts.

Horn on my 98 toyota forerunner does not work.Replaced horn relay and fuse is ok. I know the horn beeps because if you set the alarm off it beeps

when you depress the horn, the relay should click, if not then the horn button or connection is bad. these have 2 buttons, right? it doubt both could be bad. if just one big horn pad, pad could be bad
