I have same problem for two of my wires on the left looking in from driver side. Forgot to label my wires as well. If your looking in from driver side a Black/Green wire goes on the bottom right side and the top right side wire is the double black wire. Hope this helps you half way.

Boneheaded move While removing Alternator.

Battery power passes through the 100A MAIN fuse in the main fuse box and is connected to the alternator by a BLK/WHT wire. There is a 50A IG KEY fuse that supplies power to the ignition switch. If you accidentally zapped either the LT GRN/WHT or WHT/BLU wire to the BLK/WHT wire, they connect to the PCM. As for your "oops", we all know better but we've all done something like that

2000 solara 4 cyl. many electricals do not work, but car starts!

You blew your ALT 100A fusible link behind the battery in your fuse box.
It is a large white/clear fuse-type square with a clear top. YOu should be able to see the 'fuse' through the clear top has blown.

The fusible link is bolted from the bottom. so you will need to lift the fuse box and pop the lower cover off enough to access the screws holding it on.

The ALT 100A link provides power to all of the items you listed that are inoperative, but the car will run fine without it :)

None of my electricals work but car starts

Are you sure they all looked good under the hood? The large 50A fuse may be bad; test them, not just look at them. A fuse tester os $3 ... sometimes free with purchase of a small box of fuses.

It may also be an in-line FuseLink on the red wire.

Hope this helps!

100A battery fuse blown?

They more than likely shorted out your 100a link fuse by grounding out your alt cable while replacing it. Sounds like they didn't disconnect the battery before hand. Your car has an idle program which it re-learns every time you lose power, or in your case, turn off the switch. You need to replace this fuse or your car will not charge.

you have to raise the fuse block up and flip open the sides to get to the two small bolts on each side of 100 amp fuse to change it. a little tight working area.
