Entropy. All matter will go from an organized state to a disorganized state unless an outside force acts upon it. Cars will rust. Man can take rust out of the ground and produce steel with it. Weathering of rocks and landscapes are from wind, rain, acid (or chemical reactions) acid rain. The wind can erode using particles of sand to beat rocks and take layers off. gravity too allows erosion to wear sand and mud to gradually go into the sea or be carried off to other parts of the world.

I have a 2004 Allroad. the temperature as of late has been extremely cold. Now the suspension won't raise at all. is it just the weather or is it the suspension itself?

Temp may cause slower response but it sounds like the cold may have caused a leak in the valve body or one of the plastic lines or bag seals.

TPM is alarming every 30 seconds since the weather went cold. How do I silence the alarm..... I know how to reset the TPM but that doesn't work.

Cold weather causes air to condense and air pressure to be reduced, causing your tires to read low pressure to the TPM. Check and fill all your tires to your recommended vehicle inflation pressure, to stop the TPM from alarming you every 30 seconds.

In cold weather the inside of the windows are fogged prior to starting the vehicle.

sounds like you have a leak in your weather stripping arond your doors. and that will cause cool air to enter the vehicle where it is warmer than the air entering causing a fog

Whistling noise as i am driving

Hi. This will be caused by deteriorating, or defective weather stripping. During driving, air is pushed through worn, or damaged weather stripping, thus, creating this whistling sound you are hearing in the passenger compartment. Water allows the small hole, or cracks, to emit the sound at a louder rate. This could be a manufacturing flaw(poor weather stripping installation, or defective composite). This is repairable, but you will need to locate the worn weather stripping. Once located, and exposed, you can order a replacement weather stripping kit from your dealer.

NOTE_ Most common location will be the front windshield weather stripping. the rear window, and side windows are to be checked, as well.

My 89 Toyota pickup idles too fast in cold weather

I would have a look at your coolant sensor, if it's reading the wrong temperature, it will cause a idle problem. If you can, get a scanner on it to verify it's operation.

A cause for that would be an oxygen sensor getting wet, the one on the inlet side of the catalytic converter.
