Question about Cadillac Seville
Check the wiring harness inside the door frame to make sure it is still plugged in. check the fuse panel, probably the one inside the car, not the one under the hood. if it was a gradual or intermittent problem also will lead to a diagnoses much easier. Did it happen suddenly, all of the sudden no window, and no power locks. Was the car involved in an accident recently, no matter how small it may have seemed. either the wiring harness is loose or has come unplugged, or the wires have been cut through by maybe something was shut in the door and crimped/cut the wires. perhaps liquid was spilled somehow and got inside the door, blowing the fuses.
