SOURCE: toyota radio code
Emissionwiz is correct, but, his information is for older Model Camrys.
The 2003 "factory-installed" radios in the Camry product line does not have an anti-theft feature, and, because of having no anti-theft feature, there is no reactivation code. If you have a dead battery, the only thing you will lose regarding the radio functions would be the radio stations that you programmed into the memory. The radio will function properly after a dead battery is replaced with no issues.

If factory, check your fuses on the kick panel It down near the footrest on the driver side. I hope you still have the cover that comes with the fuse diagram. If not..just check all your fuses there. It should be a 10A fuse. But if by chance someone grabbed something larger then 10A then well you better check them all. Also, if does not turn on at all. meaning turn the volume up all the way and hold the search or tune button to change station you should hear a beep. That should let you know if the radio is even able to output anything. Because your display maybe broke. Also check your antenna. These cars are pretty picky with an antenna signal. But if you rather just replace the stereo then that only leave two things..the fuse or a wiring problem...in other words you maybe have a short. Good luck. hope this helps. You can find a fuse KIT with a fuse tester in a parts store. makes things easier for you when testing for bad fuses.

Testimonial: "thanx !!"
I know this is going to sound lame but I have the manual and it says" Notice: If you see the Help message, the number of errors you can make was exceeded. The audio system is completely inoperable due to an anti theft system. Please contact your local Toyota Dealer" And here is the main number :1-800-331-4331.
P.S. There is one way around deactivating anti theft and that is to enter a 3 digit identification number. If you dont have that, just call them with your vin and they will give it to you. Hope it helps.

U need the VIN number of the vehicle this replacement radio came from.
Take that VIN number to ur nearest Toyota Dealer to obtain a radio code which will be available free of charge.
In case when u dont have the VIN number of the vehicle from which u have this radio, take all other numbers like serial and ref # from back of t he radio and approach the Toyota dealer.
In any case u will get this service free of charge.
