What makes you thing the tires/wheels tighten (felt by hand off ground?)
my guess , you meant it seems. like???
1: lost engine power?
2: transmission not up shifting?

is this a auto A/T or manual M/T tranny,
if A/T , you need to look at the engine RPM when you lose
power (acceleration on demand)

RPM rises, car dont move faster ,this is tranny slip.
RPM fails to increase, and speed, up hills. this is called lost engine power.
lost engine power can be caused by , bad spark (tuneups skipped?)
or weak fueling.
weak fueling too can be cause by skipping the fuel filter step in the tune up list.

SOURCE: while i'm driving, the jeep slows and the steering

The systems etc. are shutting down because the engine has died.Steering is heavy because all the vacuum assist has stopped.i.e. power steering. Why the engine is stopping is the main concern.Fuel,electrical.Its very hard to tell without some more info on how the motor is playing up.After a few stabs on the brakes I bet they go hard as well.(no power assist).A dealer can plug in the diagnostic and tell because it will have a memory of a problem that occured.Sorry I could not help you further

Why doesn't it start?

How low would be the question. The engine died, that is why the wheel tightened up. Driving with to low of oil will kill the engine.

Its not the fuel injectors by your back wheel. There is the fuel filter and the gas tank. you have a hole in one or the other. The only thing you can do is get up under there and see. Let me know if you have any other questions.

The engine falters at low speeds

The flashing engine check light means a code is being stored in the computer. You need to have this code read and this will tell you what system is malfunctioning.

Audi A6 ESP question

you probably have a faulty abs sensor, the whole system gets information from the abs. If that sensor is reading improperly, it thinks the car is doing something it's not supposed to and it's reacting.

Wheels tightening when driving

Sounds as dragging brakes. Feel after driving a bit all four wheels if one or more are hot. If it is only one wheel, then probably the caliper is seized( the sliding pins need to be lubricated at regular intervals, or the pins will rust and seize the caliper, making it hard to release the brake).
if all wheels are hot, then the problem could be with the master cylinder.

2001 Impala, strong right to left vibration felt in the front end ONLY when accelerating, NOT felt through steering wheel NOT felt when coasting, or slowing down, strait or turning vehicle tracks...

Has to be a drive axle, most likely an inner joint, should be able to feel the play if one is bad (jacked up to let the wheel spin freely).
Also. If the front suspension is weak,or lowered, the CV axle will bottom out in the inner plunge cup and make a terrible vibration.

If you're on dry road and it bucks when slowing down, if you are turning, that's normal. If you are going in a straight line, you need a front end alignment.

(!) A Light like that went off and my steering well got stuck!?

hello this the indicator for a transmision fault or problem /the pulling motion you felt could be a harsh shift from the transmision when you were coming to a stop . if the light is on the vehicle should feel slow when driving off because when this light is on the transmision will go in to felsafe mode and will actualy shift its self to 4 gear to give you a high gear for highway use . you should take the vehicle to a certified bmw shop or mecanic to have it check out , dont used it in fellsafe mode this could damage the transmision internaly and that will become a $ problem ,.
