Did you check under the hood? There should be a decal w/ the proper routing of the belt somewhere in or around the engine compartment. If u can't find it, let me know, I'll try to get more info. countrycurt0

SOURCE: replace belt on 2001 toyota echo
that belt is wrapped around the alternator which is located on the passenger side of the engine compartment. loosen the alternator to remove belt. Wrap belt around pulleys and pull the belt tight but adjusting the alternator.

you can buy a puller kit for the AC clutch for about $35.00 the bearing is about $25.00 you might be able to do it without removing it from the engine saving your freon. http://www.tooltopia.com/index.asp?PageAction=VIEWPROD&ProdID=7741
Belt tensioners just unscrew. They are also inexpensive

take a look some pullies are spring loaded and it may require a ( not recommend unless stuck) but a pry bar. if spring loaded is the case there should be a tool that you could rent that is use for prying the pulley.
Note: make sure to release slowly so not to damage pulley.
