Which fuse is for the cigarette lighter as want to change it

If by 1 series you mean a 1XX model, the front cigar lighter fuse is 20A FUSE 8 in the junction box. That fuse also connects power to the rear center console charging socket and the luggage compartment socket outlet.

Penny dropped into the cigarette lighter of my 2008 saturn astra. I got the penny out, but the cigarette lighter doesn't work

hi,

there must have been a weak connection somewhere in the line.
use a volt meter to trace from the lighter to the fuse box.
I have also seen the wire connection go bad during a short in the back of the fuse box itself where the wire goes in.
follow the 12 volts and you will find your problem.

How do i find out if its the cigarette lighter port or a fuse that needs replacing on my 2008 Mazda 5?

I pulled fuse 4 from the inside fuse box on the passenger side dashboard, but quickly realized it is for the rear power outlet, not the cigarette lighter outlet. The cigarette lighter outlet is fuse number 6. They are both blue 15A fuses.

Hi! The cigarette fuse is somehow interconnected with the radio fuse. If no luck, then i believe that the cigarette lighter needs to be replaced. Hope this helps and have a good one!
