Find someone who doesn't mind getting upside down under the dash. The brake switch is somewhere above the brake pedal, it probably has slipped out of place, or is stuck. Have a can of WD 40 or such handy, and a small flashlight.

Brake light came on put new pads on brake light wont turn off how do i get it to turn off

Change your brake switch. The brake switch is right there at your brake pedal. They get stuck sometimes. That is your problem. It is a switch with a wire and a plastic plunger in it. It moves back and forth when you press and release your brakes. It does not cost much. Maybe $10.00.
