Check the battery cables making sure they are clean and tight. Have the batteries checked. Change both batteries at the same time if you don't the older one will pull down the new one and make it go bad quicker.
My batteries were low on water so the voltage was low and it keep throwing p2509. Its gone now.

That code showes up a lot of the time if one of the batters need to be replaced. i would have a battery tester put on them both
