Question about Ford Focus
You need to replace the flasher unit, this is normaly a box that looks mutch like arelay.
In the past when I have been caught out and far away from parts a solution that has worked is to remove the flasher and hit it against the cement hard on each side a few times and put the flasher back in and presto working. The reason this works is because what happens is the contacts weld themselves and the shock breaks the weld and frees them up again. Obviously you should replace the unit asap or atleast buy a spare ready to put in if or when it fails again.
