Have the trouble codes read and they will tell you what is wrong and needs to be fixed on your car. Most larger auto parts store will scan the codes for free and give you a printout of what's wrong.

SOURCE: check engine soon lite flashes

FLASHING CHECK ENGINE LIGHT = SERIOUS ENGINE DAMAGE IF YOU CONTINUE TO RUN VEHICLE IN THIS CONDITION. there could be more than one cause for this. could have a severe misfire (check and replace spark plugs and wires and distributor cap and rotor) , could have a plugged catalytic converter (there are 3 on this vehicle) and could have a problem in the programming of the powertrain control module (PCM) there are probably numerous codes stored in the computer, you will need access to an OBD code reader, or visit your local Autozone / Advance auto parts and they will scan. this needs to be corrected promptly as severe vehicle damage can result, thats why its flasing.

Car shaking at idle, no engine check light

Sounds to me that you have a cylinder miss fire. Chrysler products generally set a code when a miss fire is detected. Does the shaking go away under a load (while driving) ? If the miss is always there I would focus on the ignition system and look for any vacuum leaks around the intake manifold area .

Check engine light is flashing

Check engine light flashing is not good. It indicates damage is being done to the engine and exhaust components, in particular the catalytic converter. You should have the vehicle checked as soon as possible. I believe you will find you have an engine miss-fire caused by a faulty fuel injector.
Good luck.

Your ignitoin module may not be able to handle the work load anymore. If it gets hot, it will miss. You'll need to replace it. If you do a lot of towing, I suggest a performance unit from ACCEL or MSD

Check engine light is flashing and car is shaking especially when i accelerate

You are experiencing a secondary ignition miss fire. The most likely cause would be one or more spark plug wires breaking down .If you can go to a Autozone parts store they can check the codes for free .PO 301 to PO 306 codes would be miss fire codes.:)

Service engine soon light comes on and engine in vehicle begins to rattle and shake uncontrolably and service engine soon light blinks

The blinking light indicates a sevier miss fire. Get the codes scaned to determine which cylinders and we can go from there.
Auto Zone will scan codes free of charge.
Chances are you have an ignition coil or injector driver issue.
let me know.

Car engine light on light blinking shaking over due for oil chang

Your engine has a cylinder miss-firing, that not only shakes the car but makes the check engine light blink the cylinder number that is missing, don't drive the car this way or u will overheat the exhaust catalytic converter, this can cause a fire.

Truck losing power and service engine soon light on

Like to other guy said, give it a tuneup. Also try SEAFOAM to clean carb up of slug. Also check to make sure the butter fly for the choke has not come loose, causing it the choke it down. Failed choke pull-off.

I have a car in the shop right now same thing - it is being caused by a misfire. Need a real technition to diagnose the problem (auto zone - advance auto can't diagnose the problem - only read the code)
mine was caused by a failing fuel injector. good luck
