SOURCE: windshield washer fluid not working jeep 1998

First, in your climate you should use windshield washer fluid that has a rating for as low as the temperature will get. If you remove the tank, on the bottom of the tank is a little pump. If it is not getting power, you could have a blown fuse. But it's more likely the pump is bad. You can get one at any auto parts store for about $20.00.

2009 Jeep Patriot transmission fluid fill. How much fluid is required to fill the transmission as if the car was new, as this is a new transmission. Thanks.

no transmission stated, A/T or M/T? fluid implies A./T , lube implies m/t so automatic but which one?? the CVT?
they have options.
the fsm covers this. lost that?
https://www.techauthority.com/en-US/Pages/Home.aspx
the steps are in the book,

is the TC dry, the main torque converter?
surely you know that there are steps on a true dry box.
that are not related to operators manual at all.
nor covered under , simple service. (drain and fill)
it's covered under new box and new empty converter.
most are first prefill then using a scan tool we check the temperature of the ATF and set the levels carefully with the temperature chart.

here is the last line in install
Use only MOPAR® CVTF +4 fluid. Use of any other type of automatic transmission fluid may cause damage to the CVT

the simple service amount is 8 pints, 4 quarts and is NOT the overhauled
amount at all as he TC holds lots more,
i have 2008 CD FSM but the SVG code does not run on new computers.

ok , have old xp laptop
and can view svg, now.

here is your answer
but this forum sux so it shrinks all photos to useless.state
so what does it say?
line 3b states...
17.1 pints (not quarts or liter) if overhauled.
that is off the real FSM. not clones or other bs.
BINGO..

How to reset how long the head lights stay on after the 2013 jeep patriot is turned off?

the $64,000 question.

the engineer at jeeps think customers like this BS.

go to dealer they connect scan tool $$$$$ and do it, for cash.

$180 is one example, (if the jeep loves you , free, say you get all service there and they suck up to you... etc)

me, i bought a tool that allowed me to turn off all beeping and the

silly lights. $150 , yes robbery but i get to cheat jeep labor costs!

the operators guide answers this in the glove box.

the things it says you can change DIY , you can.

the ones skipped (cute huh) you can\'t, so you grab the FSM

I have it , its 7000+ pages. and shows only the factory tool doing just that. $10,000 tool and a Jeep subscriptions service, bla bla ....

hard cold facts, of this sux./

How do I check the level of fluid on a transmission for a jeep patriot 2007, it doest have a stick!!! to check it

Go underneath and look at tranny, There will be an upper filler plug and a lower drain plug. You can get top and hose for your gear oil / tranny fluid and fill. The level of the fluid should be exactly at bottom of hole
