Question about 1999 Chevrolet Cavalier
It would be much easier to call a locksmith to open the door. IF you could get the trunk open without wrecking it (I don't know how you can), you would have a difficult time removing the seat cushions from the inside of the trunk. The back seat latches from inside the car and I doubt you could remove them without doing damage.
Another thought is that if you go to a General Motors dealership and go to the Parts Department with the VIN number and proof of ownership, they MAY be able to cut you a key. Some will and some won't....CALL FIRST.
