When the battery dies i have to re-set the whole alarm sysyem to start the truck but sometimes this does not work. now my truck will not start at all even though I have had a jump and I have re set the alarm system. the fuel pump motor sounds like it is kicking in and the interior lights flash but the engine will not function. for past couple weeks sometimes the lights on the radio wont even come on. what do I do now?

Do you have a keyless entry? You could try to enter your vehicle using the keypad on the drivers side door, This should turn off the anti-theft security.

99 explorer alarm disables. Motor dies

Anti-theft system can keep vehicle from starting , Alarm is for vehicle content theft , open door without key alarm sounds (horns) ! PATS - passive anti theft system PATS enables and disables the engine from starting ,it will not cause the engine to die ! You have some other kind of problem ! If the vehicle engine doesn't turn over an red light on top of dash flashes fast ,then you have anti-theft system problem !
PATS differs from the perimeter anti-theft system in that PATS enables and disables the engine from starting. If equipped, the perimeter anti-theft system protects the perimeter of the vehicle (doors, hood and trunk) and sounds an alarm.

Why wont my alarm reset in my 1998 chevy blazer the security system is killing the fuel and i cant get it to run it starts and dies imeaditly

I don't think the anti-theft is the problem.
On GM vehicles, the anti-theft system will not allow the engine to crank, or get fuel or spark. If it cranks, you have a different problem.

Anti theft wont shut off when battey has died

Hi. To stop this you need to power up the car and activate the ignition. If the battery voltage gets too low when the alarm is armered then the alarm thinks you have disconnected the battery in a theft attempt and the siren activates. The easiest repair is to repalce the battery or repair any currnet draw issues.

it does sound like your battery is the problem but have a local shop test it and the charging system and the anti theft system connections maybe the alarm is draining the battery with a poor connection..

Check timing belt. Remove the oil filler cap and look at the rocker arm. If you get someone to turn the engine while you watch and you see no movement... it's a broken belt. If you see movement, perhaps the belt has slipped. Replace belt and re time.

Anti theft related-car was jumped ran fine but won't restart after turning ignition-waited awhile it started but quickly died again and now won't start at all-tries to turn over but doesn't complete

What ever the matter was with it that it needed a jump start is probably the reason it started and died and now wont start. This doesnt sound like an anti-theft problem.
