Question about 2002 Honda Accord
A substantial amount of water is getting into the drivers side floor whenever it rains and we cannot find where it is getting in.
Let's try something here and see if works,
get a garden water hose and put the most pressure near where you see leaking water and have someone inside the car look for it.

What I would do it have someone get in the car and someone on the outside with a water hose and start at the bottom of the windshield a soak that spot down for a while if you see no water move up to the top of the windshield and so on and so on.May be with some luck you'll find the leak.
