Check the resistor card attached to your fan blower.

Your blower motor resistor block is bad . When the resistor goes bad you will only have high speed and it's common with this design

No this shouldn't be a big problem. It sounds like it is just the blower motor relay.

Where is the fan control sensor located

Ron need a little bit more info as what size motor ect. Usually fan control switch is located by thermostat housing other possibilitys are a/c system is low on freon an other issues found on those models is clogged radiator or thermostat stuck closed. I would replace thermostat first make sure to fill system and purge sir out of system by sweezeing upper radiator hse untill all air has been removed. Upon starting make sure to run jeep for 15 min with heat on to allow air in heater core to be removed as well. Also make sure cooling fans come on. Your model may have either one dual speed fan or two fan motors one for motor one for a/c possible blown fuse or burnt ot relay

Heating and cooling fan not working

sounds like a bad blower resistor. The switch runs a straight 12 volts to the motor in high, but runs through the resistor on the lower speeds. The resistor is located somewhere on the HVAC unit(it requires airflow to avoid premature burnout).

Fan only works on high

Possible that controller is faulty as there is no speed control. Check the switch and wiring to the motor. Sometimes it can be also the fault with the fan motor but can be confirmed only if it removed and tested with a bench supply.

Heat/AC Blower fan speed only works on High

Alot of people have the same problem with the fan switch and blown bulbs. There really is no fix for this. Jeep really screwed up when designing the heater control assembly. The cheapest solution is to buy another unit off Ebay. Can always go to the dealer but be ready to PAY for there mistakes.

Heater core on a 2003 jeep liberty limited

sound like th efan is not working, not the heater, acceleration cause the air to move through the vent, so if the fan is not working, there is nothing to move the air, even the heater is working.
