THE SEAT BASE BREAKS AND PUTS TOO MUCH PRESSURE ON CABLES. YOU HAVE TO REMOVE LEATHER AND WELD BREAKS THEN REPAIR CABLES.

there are 2 cables that come out of the motor that operates that feture. Over time the outsdie tube of the cable streaches, causing the cable that turns inside, to come out of the transmission is drives. One way to fix this is to remove this cable and shoren the outside tube by cutting it, and then re-insall back into the transmission. This is a 50/50 chance repair. The correct way to cure this issue is to replace the lower seat frame. $$$
