Internal combustion engines requires 3 things... fuel, air, and spark. You do not have enough of one or more of these. If the wires and plugs are old, change them.  Air filter, same thing.  Fuel filter can also clog up with stuff after awhile. When you take a look at the air filter check where the air comes from.  It is possible a little critter has built a home and blocked the air flow (rare, but, it has happened).

If u are going to do the plug wires might as well do the plugs as well, makes sense time and labor is little different.

Engine Knocking / No Power

Dosent sound good. Oil light on means you lost oil pressure. and the knocking sound is the damage done due to low pressure. Start looking for another engine or another van.

Plymouth reliant 1988, idles fine, under pressure loses power and spits and sputters like it is not getting enough fuel, and have change the map sensor and also checked to make sure that all fuel is...

you said your getting fuel if you check the fuel pressure and it's okay, you should check your injectors next, if not that get put it on machine for diagnostic test then repair accordingly
