thats a voltage problem with the controller chip or the amp power chip on the back next to the heat shield in the unit. it is a common problem as they over heat while using the disc player.

they do this when they over heat usually from then cd player part it takes alot of the power when in use. and the power control chip over loads over time and wears out, also can be the amp chip on the pack needs replacing its attached to the back of the unit.

SOURCE: i have a mercury mariner and when it rains the inside driver side gets wet

If you have a sun roof, drop the head liner
& check to see if the drain hose is off

If not, then try running the hose on it, with someone
inside checking for water intrusion,so you can narrow
it down to where it comes from

Water in the footwell

Check under the hood on the firewall on the driver's side. There are body grommets which sometime crack, fall out, or are damaged by stereo installers, trailer brake controller installation, or CB/shortwave radio installers. Also, if you smell antifreeze, it is a coolant leak. If you smell mildew, it is rainwater entering the cabin. Your windshield could be leaking.
And the worst, and incurable: a body seam weld could have broken.

My 95 Seville Caddy inside windows are out of control--I cant find any cracks or anything to encourage the inside liquid on the windows but it even gets ice on the inside windows--I have to handwipe or...

Seems like you have high humidity levels inside the car, no necessarily from cracks, but rather from the heating unit of the defroster, which can leak vapor to the inside of the cabin. Humidity will stick to windows and freeze. Does the cabin smell stale?. I would recommend starting by having the defroster fixed, because there is a good chance that the humidity problem disappear as well.

Check it very careful use a test bulb to verify the fuse connection, sometimes visual checking alone is not enough.
