How To Install Replace Windsheild Washer Reservoir Bottle FordEscape ... a broken, damaged, split or leaking windshield washer bottle.
The pump is usually on the bottom of the washer fluid container
try removing the small hose that goes to the sprayer on the wiper and press the washer button to see if the solution is coming through, if ity is the small holes in the sprayer are blocked, if so, use a fine needle to clear them or blow them out with compressed air.
hope this helps
remove the small plastic hose for the washers and press the switch to turn them on, if there is water coming through the hose your spray holes are blocked on the wiper arms or the bonnet, wherever they are situated
If there is no water coming through, check for power at the connection for the washer pump, you will have to get someone to press the button or switch and hold it while you test for any power to the pump motor
If there is power there then the pump is faulty, replace the pump and test
the pump is located on the bottom of the washer fluid resevoir, some just push into a rubber seal, if that is the case just pull it out and replace it with the new pump
