Look for cracked vacuum hoses or one that may have become disconnected. If everything checks out, then check the automatic idle module.

Aveo 09 started idling at 800rpm on first startup after oil change, usually 1000rpm at startup

Not likely. 20W-50 is usually used in high rpm engines in warm to hot climate. By any chance is your windshield defroster on? When the defroster is blowing your air conditioner compressor is engaged which pulls the moisture out of the air so you get HOT DRY air blowing on the interior of your windshield

High idle benz 190e

Could be a defect in the ECU. But 1000rpm is not that high my cars normal is 1000rpm. but some older models were about 700rpm
The AC rise is normal. You may want to have a OBD II check by your garage or you can buy a unit to do this. It will scan the sensors fitted for any problems.

Car won't pull back speed when foot off accelerator

Very possibly a vacuum issue. Maybe a line that needs vacuum for the trans is on an inlet that effects the throttle. Not sure how old your vehicle is.

When i start my truck my rpm gauge is under a 1000 and it shuts off

Well if its at idle then it should be under 1000rpm. If its always there while driving and the rpm should read more and then just shuts off while its still running, you could have an ignition module issue.

That part you can take to an autozone and have tested for free. If the module is fine then it may just be the gauge gone bad.
