You need to trace down that noise. Sounds like a bad or stuck relay or solenoid. Once you find what it is making the noise, you will either replace it, if it is bad, or find out why it is being energized continuously. Does this vehicle have a power rear door closer?

Testimonial: "No It doesnt have a power back door.It sounds like its coming from rear of truck underneath."

Guys, the truck was off, i.e. not running, so it can't be tires or anything in the drive train. You need someone who specialized in auto electric problem diagnosis. This is going to be a tough one unless you find a dealer mechanic who happens to have seen this before.

Look for the humming noise, sounds like a relay. Small black or grey cube.....then try to find out what it controls. Let me know where it's location is.

Loud Humming/Wheel Bearings?

When you turn and hear a noise it is usually a CV Joint that is going bad. Humming can be a lot of things. Tires wheel bearings, rear end differential etc.

I suggest having the front suspension immediately inspected for damage, especially something that could be repaired before causing more damage. It appears that it may, at the minimum, be out of alignment and at worst, the axle and/or frame nay be bent.

Check at wires to lights for 12 volt power and then work back from there, don't forget that if it shows power at wires to lights when they are on, it is probably a bad ground.
As far as humming sound at rear wheels goes, it could be a worn or dry bearing(s), but you may also be hearing the fuel pump. Pay close attention when you hear it, you may hear it when stopped as well, which would rule out bearing noise, and point to fuel pump.

I have 1998 Isuzu Trooper and my battery keeps losing power. I took my alternator off and had it checked it is good. I bought a new battery and it was drained in a day. Is there a fuse i need to check?

No, I don't know about a fuse, but something is running, like the fuel pump, when you shut it down crawl underneath and listen for a hum, They have been know to stick in the on position, Make sure it is quiet in the shop or garage or do it at night outside with no traffic, If it is running, replace, in the meantime, disconnect the battery terminal when it is off. Too many drains on the battery and it will be shot. If it is not the fuel pump, put an ear on other areas of the truck and see if you hear something running, stuck on, buzzing, humming. Hope this helps.

I have a whistle or humming noise from the front of 05 Montana.

Put wide tape on different areas of the windshield edge as a test to see if the noise changes. Then you may know where the noise originates and can correct the noise.
Just by chance,it is a wind noise? and not a front wheel bearing going bad?which is common on these vehicles and can create a humming at different speeds.Next time when the hum shows up turn the steering wheel slightly left and right at road speed and if you can change the hum,it's 99% a wheel bearing.
