I have a 2003 GMC Sierra 2500 HD. The turn signals, hazards, dash lights, dome lights, 4wd indicator lights, and drivers side window switch's aren't working. Could this be the BCM?

SO YOU DID NOT CHECK HOOD AND IP BOX FOR BLOWN FUSES
OR MISSING,RELATED.
6.6L DIESEL??????????????????
car drives ok day night? heads work ,parks work ,brake lamps?
DOMESTIC CAR USA NOT THE EXPORT RIGHT?

TURNS SIGS ALL 6 LAMPS DEAD? OUTSIDE CAR FRONT /REAR
AND DASH TURNS,(Indicated) all 6 dead
and same question on hazards 6 flashing or what.
sorry no BCM on turns PERIOD. same with hAz
LT/TURN FUSE RUNS LEFT DOOR TOO!!!!!!!! IP FUSE BOX !!!!!!!
LEFT FUSE ONLY GOES HOT WITH TURNS SWITCHED ON
NOW WAY 3 GROUNDS FAILED, PERIOD
NOW RIGHT TURNS.
RT /TURN FUSE.,, NOW WAY BOTH SIDES ARE BAD, THEY ARE INDEPENDANT AT THE 2 FUSES BUT NOT BEFORE.
IM READING THE SERVICE MANUAL TO YOU.
IGN-E FUSE KILLS ALL TURNS DEAD(AND HAZ) UNDER HOOD .
THE MULTI SWITCH CAN FAIL FOR BOTH HAS AND TURNS.

SO THE TU\RN FLASHER IS BAD IN THE IP FUSE BOX.
ITS BAD.
THOSE FUSES YOU TOLD ARE ARE DEAD KEY OFF, YOU DO KNOW THAT RIGHT>?
TCM FUSE? IS THIS A DIESEL NO ENGINE TOLD AT ALL
AND WIRING IS NOT THE SAME ON, ALL , MOSTLY
YOU MEANT PCM-B FUSE?
PCM1 IS KEY ON ONLY , MAKKED GAS ONLY MUST WE BEG FOR ENGINES SO DONT NEED TO REAR ALL 5 ENGINE SCEMATICS?

SOME CAB LAMPS ARE DEAD, IF BCM FAILS OR DDM DOOR BRAIN GOES DEAD. AND GOES BACK AGAIN TO
LT/TURN FUSE RUNS LEFT DOOR TOO!
DOME LAMP ASK BCM FOR LAMPS. TO GLOW SUPER SIMPLE
SWITCH TO GROUND

AGAIN THERE IS NO TCM ON A GAS ENGINE , TCM IS PART OF PCM

THE PCM HAS 2 POWER FUSES, ONE IS HOT ALL THE TIME FOR MEMORY AND OTHER IS KEY ONLY POWER.

THE TCM FUSE IS CALLED IGN0 AND IS RUN FUSE ONLY
IM NOW CHASING SHADOWS. OF 6 ENGINES MIXED
I GIVE UP'

AGAIN THE BCM DOES NOT RUN THE TURNS OR THE HAZ
THE BLINKER BOX
HAS 2 INPUTS, HAS SIMPLE SPST PUSH BUTTON
NOT PART OF TURNS, AND 2ND IS TURNS LEFT AND RIGHT
SO USE BLOW OR MODEL BLINKS DEAD
LOOK MA' NO BCM
IF FUSE GOOD THE FLASHER IS BAD. FOR SURE HAZ BAD TOO.
AND THE LT FUSE BLOWN KILLS DEAD DDM, DRIVER DOOR BRAIN

I have a 2006 WK Grand Cherokee 3.7, The right side headlamp and high beam are out. When I turn the lights on the left side works fine but the right side is out and then the turn signals don’t work. The...

If I remember right, there are separate circuits for the left and right sides in the power distribution module under the hood. I would check for hot spots and corrosion at the back side of the PDM.

Break lights and hazord lights on 1997 blazer don’t work

Do you know what a wiring diagram is ? How to test automotive electrical circuits using a digital voltmeter ? This is how professional auto technicians find electrical faults .
Electric Testing Techniques You Need to Know
The Trainer 73 Building Solid Electrical Foundation
The voltage is supplied at all times through the STOP HAZ Fuse 1 to the TCC brake and cruise control release switch. The contacts in the TCC brake and cruise control release switch close when the brake pedal is depressed. The voltage is supplied through the hazard switch and the turn signal switch to the left and right stoplamps. The stoplamp will flash as a turn signal lamp if the turn signal switch is on. The stoplamp on the opposite side will serve as a stoplamp.

Locating turn signal relay on 2006 Chevrolet Colorado. I can here it but can't find it

Your hearing it coming from the diver side front speaker . There is no relay , the BCM - body control module makes the turn signals work . What problem are you having ?

Turn Signal Lamps
The FRT TRN/HAZ/CRTSY/MIRR/CARGO and REAR TURN/HAZ fuses in the underhood fuse block supplies battery positive voltage to the body control module (BCM). When the turn signal switch is placed in either the left or right position, a signal is sent to the BCM to illuminate the desired turn signal lamps. The BCM has an internal flasher that sends an ON-OFF voltage signal to either the left or right turn signals and their instrument panel cluster (IPC) indicator. When the hazard switch is pressed, a separate ground signal is sent to the BCM to activate and flash all turn signal lamps including both IPC turn indicators. The front and rear turn signals are grounded at G105.
The IPC illuminates the TURN SIGNAL ON indicator in the driver information center (DIC) when the IPC determines that the turn signal is active for more than 1.2 km (0.75 mi). The BCM sends a class 2 message to the radio in order to activate the audible warning.

Your best bet , take it to a qualified repair shop.

1998 jeep grand cherokee laredo turn signals quit working but the hazard lights work

try fuses, first, for 10cents.
first know how it works.
then diagnose it.
saves $$$$

1998 last year of ZJ jeeps.
FSM book, open to chapter 8w.
go to page on ext. lamps turn/haz
page 52 (ive posted the free book 100s of times, no more)

haz ok, truns dead on 4 corners
does the cluster flash when turns dead? on corners 4.??>?>?>
the 2 fuses are F13 and F6 in the JB (cab box = JB)

the cluster has 2 lamps, left and right.
if cluster is dead, that is a bad switch

this is how it works.
can be a bad connection at (see small arrow red/)/?

2006 Hi there, my suzuki grand vitara harzard lamps have stopped working. all the fuses are ok some one said to check the relay ? can any one help

Q1: all 4 dead?
Q2: do blinkers work ? hummmm
alldata.com covers all this, log in and read>?
does car run perfectly
do all other lamps work? full bright head lights.
cranks fast not slow
battery charged? main car battery?
then
fuse meter good
fuse haz/turn good?
the tail fuse and tail relay most work or the HAZ switch is dead.
is the haz lamp dead? triangle ICON lamp?> in dash.

the schematic is below.
when you turn on the haz button , this sends 0v (ground) logic signal to the BCM puter.
and the turn /haz relay.
the blinker switch has its own inputs to the RELAY .
so one can fail and other work, and not stated, sadly.
its not really a relay its and electronics module.
(means testing it, is not relay like at all)
12v on both pins on left ? top.
in haz mode 0v on the yellow wire.?
if yes , yes, yes, then the relay is bad

25962146-cixb32bj0q4os0yupl5kc3qp-4-0.jpg
the 48 slot is haz/blink relay module.

Turn signals went out

replace the fuses first. for turn/hazards.
the HAZ fuse 10 amps ., do hazards fail?????????

old car, very old. 1980 corolla.
first off, the lamps are brass based lamps. 115x lamps
they can short so replace them all or remove all of them
and put only 1 new lamp in (of the 4) if this works, good.
if not use a voltmeter to find the cause.
12v during a flash is good, 0v dead, 6v is shorted wires.
this is easy, dont panic, get the schematic for the car is best way.
The FSM has this but are rare for such and old car.

i looked online , alldata.com
and the schematic is there.
the path is from battery to ground as follows
10a haz fuse and 5am turn fuse. (2 fuse!)
the fuses drives the HAZ module
the HAZ module drives the lamps directly in HAZ mode
in blink mode the HAZ module drives the combo turn switch.
a bad flasher module KILL BOTH, (did it?)
the comb drives left or right side and the lamps are all grounded
completing the path of electrics, and the lamps glow.
current flows, and the lamps glow.

lamps
green-black is left
green-yell is left side.

the best test for this car, is to cycle the HAZ button over and over
until they work, most switches this old. 33 years are dirty and fail.
so cycle it. 10 times, if the HAZ fails.
it must work on HAZ or its all a wasted effort.
because the HAZ module feeds the binkers...

2003 Jeep liberty right front turn signal

why skip RR lamp? what does IT DO? be like 1st 1st look.
dim, out, fast?

the rapid is talking to you
it means current is wrong,
shorted, or open lines. to the right.
its the wiring
if the bulbs are like 1157 brass base bulbs
why not replace them first , they can short inside,
asking online for guessing is silly, why listen to 10 examples for this.
but is cut wires.
shorted wires.
keep i mind the blinker asks funny for both opens and shorts
its a feature, that.
low current or too much.

the acid test is connect 2 TEST bulbs in parallel to the multi-function switch output right side,
blinks ok now, bingo bad lamps or bad wiring, from there to the right side.

if the hazard fails you never said????
if rigth front is dim or dead the bulb is blown or shorted
if new bulb there , then the wires are shorted.
to it.
the only help on line worth squat is how to test and use your meter.
you can, check for voltage
you can check continuity on that line (its just 1 wire)
and check for shorts on that wire to ground (lamps pulled right side to do that, lamps read 0 ohms cold)
look for collision damage RF? behind lamp sockets?
be first.
in my book.
looking is always first. sure.

I have your SM book open now, chapter 8w-50
the haz/blink module has just 2 pins, left and right out.
pin 3 on the module runs front and rear blinks, (a fact to know)
RF is BR/RD, brown -red stripe?
all comments USA on USA forum. USA car.
ok?

the right side lamp (sidemaker) only blinks turns if parks ARE oFF

Id try 2 new blinker lamps front and 1 rear.
that be first. or test the lamp on a battery , and no not get burned fingers hot wring a shorted lamp.

wish i knew
what rear did
and what both did on HAZ
out, dim or to fast.
