Yes you can...make sure that the cowling will fit onto your radiator, or change the fan into the original cowling.
Have a cool time

SOURCE: Hi, I have a 1997 Porsche
misfire :-------- try checking your 02 sensors /fuel pump and filter.
for 51 cylinder misfire :---
Change the coil. Period. Very easy to remove from the vehicle if it's a 4 cyl. Follow that spark plug wire from the spark plug to the other end. What it's attached to you should replace
for 54 cylinder 5 misfire :---First you have to eliminate the most obvious problems, like spark plug and spark plug wire. If you replace those and you still have a misfire, then it's a good idea to look for a vacuum leak in the intake manifold

On a toyota engine, the check engine light goes off once there is signal from the engine telling the computer that it has started. This may be related to the electrical components.
Check the line that goes to and from the ignition system. The coils and the cabling coming from it. Check the wires that goes to and from the EFI relay to the computer box and the wiring from the fuel pump. Check also the cable that goes to the VVT solenoid (found at the side where you have the exhaust). The solenoid is cylindrical in shape and has wiring coming out of it. Inspect the wiring. If it has oil coming out from it it may be bad. Leaving it at that state may cause the EFI fuse to go bad. There are the items which are directly sending signal to the computer.
Other items to look ate are loose wiring, bad insulation or bad terminals on the ground wires or other wires on the harness.
